Our Technical Director and Head Lighting Designer – Richard Horwell, was one of only two South Africans to be hosted by lighting manufacturer - SGM, in Italy.  This trip is testimony to the fact that our staff are highly skilled and sought after for their knowledge and skill. As training is the key to not only offering outstanding service but also to empowering staff, we take our training responsibilities very seriously. In terms of training on equipment and technical expertise, nothing is as successful as hands on, on the job training. 

By having team leaders such as Richard, a vast quantity of knowledge is shared and learned.  In addition to daily on the job training, formal technical training takes place and includes both theoretical and practical applications. We are members of the TPSA, SAACI and ISES.  We adhere to all rules and regulations as laid out by the TPSA and we follow all safety guidelines to the book.
