Kelvin Tilley – Senior Sales and Client Manager – oversees all client liaison.  Armed with the brief, he in turn introduces one of Shattered Glass’ Technical Managers to the mix and together they brainstorm the brief ensuring that the cost estimate that is presented to the client pushes the limits of audio and visual technology. 

Once the brief has been presented, Kelvin walks hand in hand with the client through all of the processes, from sign off, to PO numbers, to amendments, to challenges that inevitably arise and solutions that Shattered Glass are able to offer, to build up of the event, to the event, to the de briefing.

Assisting Kelvin is our dynamo Stella Gualtieri, who liases with Gauteng’s leading venues to maintain our outstanding relationship with them, ensuring that she stays abreast of all developments and is the link between the venues and each of our relevant departments.
